A few questions I get about P90X are:
- Does it work?
- Is it a real workout?
- Show me proof! (Well, not a question, but!)
Answer to Question 1 – Answer: Yes.
Answer to Question 2 – Oh, yes it is. P90X is similar to Crossfit in that you do functional workout moves across all sorts of workouts – Resistance Training (lifting), Bodyweight Exercises (Push-ups, pull-ups), Cardio, Yoga and more.
