A few questions I get about P90X are:

  • Does it work?
  • Is it a real workout?
  • Show me proof! (Well, not a question, but!)

Answer to Question 1 – Answer: Yes.

Answer to Question 2 – Oh, yes it is. P90X is similar to Crossfit in that you do functional workout moves across all sorts of workouts – Resistance Training (lifting), Bodyweight Exercises (Push-ups, pull-ups), Cardio, Yoga and more.

Answer to Question 3 – If it’s pics you want here you go (yes I chop my head off. At some point, I’ll drop some photos with my head still attached!)
